Casa Real Estate is led by co-founders Amna Koshal and Ela Gutaj, bringing together over 25 years of combined real estate experience in Botswana.
Amna Koshal
Co-founder & Property Specialist
Amna Koshal is Co‑Founder & Property Specialist at Casa Real Estate, with over a decade of experience in residential and commercial property sales and rentals across Gaborone, including Extension 11, The Village, the Blocks and Phakalane. Since joining Pam Golding Properties in 2013, she has earned multiple industry accolades, including GoldClub Agent finalist recognition from 2020 to 2025 and several awards for residential sales performance.
Amna holds a Certificate in Real Estate from Ba-Isago University, a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Diploma in Business Management. As a full member of REIB and REAC in Botswana, she combines professional expertise with patience, persistence and strong negotiation skills to guide buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors through every stage of their property journey, building long-term relationships based on trust, integrity and a genuine understanding of their needs.
Ela Gutaj
Co-founder & Property Specialist
Ela Gutaj is Co‑Founder & Property Specialist at Casa Real Estate, with extensive experience in residential and commercial property sales and rentals in Botswana. Since joining Pam Golding Properties in 2015, she has earned GoldClub recognition and achieved third place for the highest number of residential sales for Pam Golding Africa. Holding a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Ela brings strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills to her work. As a full‑status estate agent accredited with REIB and REAC in Botswana, she is committed to professionalism, integrity and personalised client service.
Now bringing her wealth of experience to Casa Real Estate, Ela is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors navigate their property journeys with confidence. She takes pride in understanding each client's individual needs and providing trusted advice, clear communication and dedicated support to make every property experience smooth and rewarding.
